I am a consultant and coordinator for participation at the Canton of Zurich in Switzerland. In this function, I support the various administrative departments in the design and implementation of participation measures. In addition, my tasks include sensitizing and teaching employees about participation, facilitating the exchange of experiences, and developing and introducing methods and tools for the implementation of participation (e.g. digital solutions). The canton's target groups include the general public, organizations and companies, research institutions and other authorities.
In addition, I have been an independent communication and participation consultant for authorities, organizations and companies for over 20 years.
