David Rosén works as an advisor in International IDEA’s Climate Change and Democracy programme, on democratic innovation, citizen engagement and climate deliberation. Working in the field of democracy building for more than ten years, he has previously been responsible for governance and Member State relations and supported workstreams on constitution-building processes, citizen-led democracy assessments and women’s political participation and representation. He has also contributed to research projects on sustainable energy governance at Uppsala University’s Department of Government.
