ToT: training of trainers

The ToT partly mirrors the advanced course providing the same learning content contained in the ten modules. In addition, it offers: 

• One specific module on the foundation of educational skills (Module 0). This module is compulsory, together with Modules 1 ('Rationales of citizen engagement’) and Module 2 (‘Planning of citizen engagement’).
• An augmented perspective on teaching skills and practical exercises for in-person training delivery. It also includes a different set of discussion forums and learning activities that reflect the mixed audience of the course.
• A composite set of training materials ready to be used for teaching the basic and the advanced courses.
• A Train-the-Trainer manual guiding future trainers in reusing the training material and compose their own training. 

After completing the course, you will: 

• Know how to plan and design a citizen engagement process.
• Know how to implement a citizen engagement process in the most efficient and effective way.
• Know how to increase the chances for a follow up on the process.
• Gather the teaching skills for re-using the material of the course and deliver your own tailored training.
