Démocratie Ouverte (Open democracy) is a French non-profit organization that gathers democratic innovators (non-profit organizations, networks, media, start-ups…), researchers, elected representatives, local governments and citizens to make our democracy more transparent, collaborative and participative. Founded in 2012, Démocratie Ouverte has developed into a network of democratic innovators and engaged citizens in French-speaking countries.
