With 25 years of experience in both academia and management practice, I assist collectives ranging from small teams to large communities in designing, implementing and maintaining their very own fair, effective and purposeful governance. I limit my practice to the for-benefit sector (social enterprises & non-profits) and civic life (public agencies, political parties, labor unions).
As part of my involvement with the non-profit organization Démocratie Ouverte, I occasionally design, implement or evaluate citizen participation schemes at diverse levels of government.
I hold an MBA from Rutgers University (US) and currently am a doctoral candidate in Organisational Studies.
