Dulce Lopes is the Coordinator of the Horizon Europe funded EU-CIEMBLY PROJECT, a Professor of Law at the University of Coimbra, Portugal, and a member of the coordination board of the UCILeR, a Center devoted to find legal solutions to acute and complex societal challenges. Her mission is to embed an inclusive look in all areas she devotes too, currently housing and democratic innovations.
