Gerardo is a passionate professional facilitator, consultant and trainer with over 20 years of facilitation and a relevant experience in the design and implementation of participatory processes. His expertise ranges from working in the field of stakeholders engagement and public deliberation to facilitating processes in the field of strategic planning and organisational development.
In his career has worked for different kinds of public and private organisations. As a facilitator he uses different approaches and methods.

Gerardo is an IAF – International Association of Facilitators CPF | M Certified Professional Facilitator | Master and he is currently the global Chair of the IAF. Since 2016 Gerardo has been organising #FACILITA - the Italian facilitators' annual conference.
