I have 20+ years of experience in the international cooperation sector. I have held roles as Project Manager, Project Office Manager, and Executive Director for several NGOs active in Africa, the Balkans, and the Middle East. I am currently the General Manager of the H.OPES Foundation, an international NGO based in Brussels. In addition, I am a lecturer in European Project Management at the Master's Degree Course ‘Aid Relations in National and International Development and Cooperation Frameworks’ at the Catholic University of Milan.
